Refund policy

45-day returns

We offer a 45-day return guarantee. You have 45 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to start a return

Email sixsevenwear@gmail.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as items returned without a request cannot be accepted.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or was not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return cost and refund your original delivery charge in full. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the money can take a further 3-10 business days to appear on your statement. Original delivery charges are refunded only for faulty or incorrect items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or washed, or where a hygiene seal has been removed. Gift cards and items marked as final sale are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, email sixsevenwear@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Your statutory rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it and return it within a further 14 days. Our 45-day guarantee is offered in addition to this and does not affect your statutory rights.
