Shipping policy
All orders are picked, packed and dispatched by our fulfilment partners. Here is what to expect.
Dispatch time
We dispatch every order within 3 business days of it being placed. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: 5-8 business days after dispatch. Most UK orders arrive within 9 business days of dispatch.
- Rest of the world: 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Delivery estimates start from the day your order is dispatched and exclude the dispatch time above. Delays caused by carriers, customs or severe weather are outside our control.

- Free delivery on all orders over £50
The exact cost and estimate for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it, and we are unable to refund orders lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Customs and import duties
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid to us.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch (25 business days for international orders), email sixsevenwear@gmail.com with your order number. We will trace it and send a replacement or a full refund.
